Senior Sales Support Manager 

As a Sr. Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of our current customer base.  The Sr. Sales Support Manager serves as a knowledgeable, reliable contact point for any information required by our customer base including assisting customers in placing orders, tracking orders, scheduling shipments, providing quotes and processing invoices.  You will work with and support a Regional Sales Manager to help customers realize the value-added packaging consulting services of TricorBraun that include Design & Innovation, logistics, global sourcing and marketing.

You begin with a training program that spans classroom, online, and hands-on work with other operations employees to learn our business, our industry, and the sales process. You will be based out of an office where you will be able to support an assigned Regional Sales Manager. We are well known and respected in the packaging industry, which is very stable.  If you are enthusiastic and confident enough in your skills, then this could be the right role for you!


The Requirements

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Strong working knowledge of all MSFT Suite products that include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Also, experience working with ERP packages (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft) is preferred.
  • Strong administrative and data management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • A strong ability to skillfully use a computerized system to track and monitor customer accounts, organize priorities and manage your calendar of events.
  • Comfortable occasionally calling on and interacting with customers in the field.
