The Role

As the Washington State Packaging Sales Consultant, you will be taking over an established territory with room to grow and create custom and stock packaging solutions that fit the unique specifications of each of your customers.  Packaging Sales Consultants help our customers bring their products to market efficiently by mastering all the intricacies of packaging.   Some customers are trying to project a specific image to their customers and we can help with that by designing and procuring custom wine bottles.  Others need help sourcing a variety of glass bottles in different sizes and we can provide a one-stop shop for all their glass needs.  We provide a full-line of eco-friendly glass bottles, custom and stock, as well as Stelvin closures and capsules.  We also provide expertise with decorating and labels. You’ll work with our curated network of suppliers (both domestic and international) and logistics partners to delight our wine industry customers.  Our goal is to provide the best quality product, logistics and outstanding service to wineries in the Northern American market.

The Requirements

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a wine-industry related major
  • 7-10 years sales experience selling products and/or services into the wine industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Attention to detail and a system for staying organized
  • Ability to skillfully use a CRM system to track and monitor customer accounts, organize priorities and manage your calendar of events
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office products that including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
